REFUND POLICY
All products are eligible to be refunded, EXCEPT anything that is custom engraved. IF we get your engraving incorrect as our error.. we will bite that bullet and replace your item. IF it was your error in spelling or whatever the case, your turn to bite the bullet. if we shipped it to you, and you want to return it, you'll pay to ship it back to us. Cheers to to you all!!
